  1. WHEAT FLOUR 2 CUP
  2. DESI GHEE 4-5 TABLESPOON TO SERVE
  3. 1 TEASPOON CARDAMOM POWDER
  4. ROASTED ALMOND AND CASHEW POWDERED 1 CUP
  5. JAGGERY GRATED 1.5 CUP
  6. ROASTED PEANUT POWDERD 1 & HALF CUP
  7. 2 TABLESPOON GRAM FLOUR
  8. SALT

Instructions

  1. IN BIG BOWL ,MIX PEANUT POWDER,JAGGERY , DRY FRUIT POWDER , CARDAMOM POWDER ,SPRINKLE 1 TABLE SPOON MILK MIX WELL . TAKE WHEAT FLOUR, A PINCH OF SALT GRAM FLOUR AND ONE TEASPOON OIL AND KNEED SOFT DOUGH FOR PARATHA
  2. AFTER RESTING THE DOUGH FOR 10 MINUTES, TAKE A SMALL BALL OF THOUGH AND STUFF THE PEANUT BALL AS MADE ABOVE IN THIS THOUGH AND ROLL OUT THE PARATHA WITH HELP OF DRY FLOUR , SPRINKLED. ROAST THIS PARATHA ON MEDIUM HEAT
  3. SERVE HOT OR COLD BY APPLYING DESI GHEE ON BOTH SIDE OF PARATHA WITH EXTRA GHEE AS PER LIKING
