ABOUT Shrimp Avocado Potato Salad RECIPE

A different and interesting sea foo salad bowl with the goodness of avocados.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Shrimp- 200 g
  2. Spring onion (Crushed) – 2 tsp
  3. Avocado -1
  4. Potato (cooked) -1
  5. Spring onion (chopped) – 2 tsp
  6. Pepper powder – 1 tsp
  7. Lime juice – 2 tsp
  8. Olive oil- 1 tsp
  9. Salt

Instructions

  1. Mix salt, pepper powder, curshed spring onion and lime juice to the shrimp.
  2. Keep it aside for 15 minutes and then fry in olive oil.
  3. Smash potatoes, avocado by adding chopped spring onion, lime juice and salt.
  4. Cut the cooked shrimp to small pieces and add to the salad and mix well.
