Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup
  2. water 3 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. chilli powder 1 tspn
  5. Coriander powder 1 tspn
  6. turmeric powder 12 tspn
  7. garam masala powder 12 tspn
  8. Ginger garlic paste 1 tspn
  9. paste of 2 onions
  10. Curd 2 cups
  11. mixed whole spices around 1 tspn including cumin fennel mustard seeds
  12. Oil 1 cup

Instructions

  1. make a soft dough of wheat flour
  2. wash it under running water squeeze extra water
  3. pull out small balls from the dough
  4. deep fry these balls
  5. now add some oil in a pan add whole spices
  6. add ginger garlic paste
  7. add onion paste
  8. add dry spices
  9. add curd and cook till oil separates
  10. add 2 cups of water and bring it to boil
  11. add fried balls and cover it . done
