Excellent fritters!
Boil potatoes and mash
Drain excess water from soaked sago and mix with potatoes nicely.
Add gram flour and a little water so that the consistency is soft but not runny
Add salt pepper and chilli and mix thoroughly
Make small round balls of this mixture and refrigerate for 5-7 mins
Heat oil in a pan and fry the pakoras until they turn golden brown
Serve with ketchup or chutney of your choice
