This is a south indian malabar recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Eggs boiled - 4 Boneless chicken pieces - 100 gm
  2. refined flour-1 cup
  3. corn flour-1 tbsp
  4. eggs-1
  5. red chilli powder-2 tsp
  6. turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
  7. black pepper powder- 1 tsp
  8. ginger garlic and chilli crushed-1 tbsp
  9. potatoes- 2 small boiled and mashed
  10. onions- 2 finely chopped
  11. bread crumbs-1/2 cup
  12. salt- for taste
  13. oil- for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Boil and keep 4 eggs aside.
  2. Cook chicken pieces with little salt and turmeric powder and keep it aside.
  3. In a mixer, blend together cooked chicken pieces, ginger garlic and green chillies crushed, finely chopped onions. Just coarsely blend it.
  4. In a bowl take 1 cup of refined flour, to this add the blend mixture, spice powders, salt and egg. Mix well.
  5. Divide the mixture into 4 portions, flatten each portion and keep 1 egg in centre and cover the egg and form round shaped balls.
  6. Heat oil in a wok. In a bowl mix bread crumbs with corn flour.
  7. Dip the balls in this and deep fry it. Serve with tomato ketchup or any chutney.
