Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 100gm French beans (cut in 1 inches)
  2. 250gm cabbage (cut in 1 inches in square shape)
  3. 100gm cauliflower (1 inches)
  4. 100gm carrots (cut in 1 inches)
  5. 1 capsicum (cut in 1 inches)
  6. 100gm paneer (cut in 1 inches)
  7. 50gm green peas (boil)
  8. 2 onions (cut in square shape)
  9. 6 green chilli (chopped)
  10. Half spoon ginger garlic paste
  11. 1 spoon soya sauce
  12. 2 spoon chilli sauce
  13. 4 spoon tomato sauce
  14. 1 tea spoon vinegar
  15. Half tea spoon black pepper
  16. Half tea spoon sugar
  17. 1/4 Chinese salt
  18. Salt to taste
  19. oil as needed
  20. Half tea spoon cornflour

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry all the vegetables with salt. Take out on a tissue paper.
  2. Take a pan, heat little amount of oil. Stir and add ginger-garlic paste. In same material, put all the sauces and cook it well. Put all the spices. Dissolve cornflour in little amount of water and cook it well.
  3. Now add all the fried vegetables. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
