ABOUT Healthy Broccoli Tofu Fry RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Tofu cubes 1/2 cup
  2. Broccoli pieces 4-5
  3. Capsicum mixed (yellow, green, red) 1/2 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  6. Ketchup 2 tsp
  7. Oil/ butter 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a wok. Add oil. Add broccoli and capsicum. Stir fry for 2 minutes. Add tofu. Stir.
  2. Put salt, pepper and ketchup. Mix.
  3. Do not overcook. Vegetables should be crunchy.
