ABOUT Aloo Paneer bombs RECIPE

Delicious and tasty, really melt in mouth bombs, which can be served with evening tea .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gms potatoes [boiled, peeled and grated]
  2. 250 gms Paneer grated
  3. 1 bowl sesame seeds
  4. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  5. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  6. 1 tsp black pepper
  7. 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  8. 2 spoon corn flour
  9. Salt
  10. Oil

Instructions

  1. Take grated and boiled potatoes in a bowl ,add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder. Add 1 spoon of cornflour & mix it nicely.
  2. Ad salt, black pepper to the paneer and mix it nicely.
  3. Then divide the potato mixture into equal sized roundels. Take each roundel and stuff each one with the paneer mix. Reshape them and roll in sesame seeds, deep fry them in hot oil, on a medium flame. serve with chutney.
