ABOUT Ande ka Halwa RECIPE

Egg is a major source of protein and is a vital requirement for both growing children and adults . Prepared with eggs and sugar as the main ingredients , this one's sure to amaze everyone with it's strangely addictive flavour . Garnish with nuts to give it an extra boost .

Ingredients Serving: 4

2 cups Milk
2 Eggs
1/2 cup Khoya
A dash of yellow colour
3-4 tbsp sugar

Instructions

In a saucepan , mix the eggs and milk well .
Put it on medium high flame and start to mix in sugar while stirring constantly .
Cook until the milk is dried and eggs are solidified .
At this point , switch off the flame and mix khoya until everything is well incorporated .
On a plate , mould in into any shape desired and garnish with crushed cardamom and cardamon powder . Dry fruits can be used as well .
