Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Green pea pearls 500 gms
  2. gram flour 2 tbsp
  3. Cumin seeds 1 tesp2
  4. Ginger and chilli paste 1 tbsp
  5. Salt 1 tesp
  6. oil 2 tbsp
  7. Cheese slice 3

Instructions

  1. Wash pea pearls and ground to a fine paste using little water.
  2. Remove pea paste to a bowl. Add gram flour, ginger chilli paste, salt. Mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a wok. Sizzle carrom seeds. Add pea paste .
  4. Roast well till whole paste binds together.
  5. Spread half pea dough on a plastic sheet and spread 1/2 inch thick.
  6. Cover with cheese slices.
  7. Cover cheese slices with remaining dough.
  8. Let them set for 10 minutes. When cooled cut in 1 inch sticks.
  9. Heat a non stick pan. Grease with oil generously and roast pea sticks on both sides.
  10. Serve with ketchup.
