Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Semolina 1 1/2cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Tomato 2 chopped
  4. Curd 1cup
  5. Onion 1 chopped
  6. Baking soda 1tsp
  7. oregano 1/2tsp
  8. Black Pepper to taste
  9. Chilli flakes 1/3 tsp
  10. Tomato sauce 1tsp
  11. Chilly sauce 1/4 tsp
  12. Sev as required
  13. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add semolina add curd ,salt, water as needed rest the batter for 15-20minutes
  2. The another bowl add 1/2 cup suji mixture and add 1/2 tsp soda mix well. Take a non- stick pan and grease it with oil on medium heat pour batter spread thick batter
  3. You like can sprinkle some chopped coriander cover it with lid after 2minutes cook from other side pizza base is ready
  4. Put tomatoe and chilly sauce on the pizza base Now spread some onion and tomato sprinkle some salt and black pepper oregano chilly flakes.
  5. Garnish some sev and coriander leaves.
