Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oats : 1/2 cup
  2. Jaggery :1 cup
  3. Grated coconut:1/2 cup
  4. Cardamom powder:2 spoons
  5. Rice flour : 2 glass
  6. oil

Instructions

  1. Blend oats in a mixer grinder smoothly.
  2. To take jaggery syrup add 1/4 glass of water and stir until jaggery dissolves completely.
  3. Filter it and mix with oats powder
  4. Then add grated coconut and cardamom powder and mix well.Once it is done make balls.
  5. Take rice flour in a bowl ,add little salt and hot water and mix well
  6. Make a bowl shape and fill the oats stuff and close all the corners using finger
  7. If you have mould then well and good. Pressure cook this about 12-15 mins .
  8. Yummy oats Kozhukattai is ready to serve
