Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Apple - 1 cup cut into cubes with skin (I used both green apple and red apple)
  2. Orange segments of 1 orange
  3. Pomegranate 1
  4. Pineapple 1/4 cup cut into small cubes
  5. Beetroot 1/4 cup cut into small cubes
  6. Sweet Corn boiled 1/4 cup
  7. Carrot 1 cut into small cubes
  8. Few slices of Capsicum
  9. Lemon juice 2 tsp
  10. Fresh Cream 2-3 tsp

Instructions

  1. Keep all the ingredients ready and chilled.
  2. Take a dessert bowl or whatever glass , you want to serve this in, as per your choice.
  3. Layer the ingredients one after the other.
  4. Add fresh cream and squeeze lemon juice in between the layerings.
  5. Top up with more fresh cream and serve as it or chill in the refrigerator for sometime and serve.
