ABOUT Nutricious parantha with raita RECIPE

This parantha is made of soya, oats and wheat flour with lot of vegetables.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Soya flour half cup
  2. Oats flour half cup
  3. Wheat flour 1 cup
  4. salt as per taste
  5. Grated mix vegetables 1cup

Instructions

  1. Add all the flours and veggies and make a dough rest it for 10 minutes.
  2. Roll dough gently and cut desired shapes. Make them on non stick tabs with little oil. Serve with raita.
