ABOUT Stuffed grilled besan chilla with curd raita RECIPE

Indgredients for chilla...
1 cup besan
1 glass water
Salt to taste
1tspn ginger garlic chilli paste
1/2 tspn black pepper powder
1/2 tspn roasted cummin powder
Pinch of Soda
Indgredient for stuffing...
1 tspn oil
1 cup finely chopped bell pepper ( yellow, red and green capcicum)
1/ cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped cabbage
1/2 cup boiled chickpeas
1tspn ginger chili garlic paste
Salt to taste
1 tspn Chaat Masala
1 tspn black pepper powder
1 tspn roasted cummin powder
2tbsp finely chopped coriander
Indgredients for curd rayta...
1 cup curd
1/2 cup cucumber and tomato ( finely chopped)
Black salt as per taste
1/2 tspn black pepper powder
1/2 tspn roasted Cumin powder
2 tbsn pomogranat
1 tbspn finely chopped coriander
Instructions
First make chilla batter...So take bowl n mix all the chilla ingredients that are mentioned in chilaa indgredients and keep aside
Now heat the oil in a pan and saute all the vegetables and add boiled chickpeas
After a minute mash all the vegetables and add ginger garlic, chilli paste and dry ingredients that are mentioned in stuffing ingredients, give it a good stir, and the stuffing is ready.
Now heat dosa pan and make chilla using the besan batter that we had prepared earlier.
Add stuffing on chilla, and fold it from the sides like a wrap.
Now grill it using a griller, you can apply little oil on the chilla while grilling to give a crispy coating.
For curd raita, whisk the curd and mix all the ingredients that mentioned under the curd ingredients. .And garnish it with pomegranate , coriander and roasted cumin powder.
