Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 cup poha
  2. Quarter cup mini soya chunks
  3. 1 sliced onion
  4. 1/2 cup red, yellow & green capsicum
  5. 1/2 tea spoon black rai
  6. 1 tea spoon salt
  7. 1/2 tea spoon red kashmiri mirch
  8. 1/2 tea spoon dhaniya powder
  9. 1/2 tea spoon chaat masala
  10. 1/2 tea spoon haldi powder

Instructions

  1. Firstly collect the ingredients
  2. Take a small kadahi, heat one spoon oil into it once ,it's heating put black rai & onion into it
  3. When onion get little brown, capsicum & mini soya chunks into it & stir it well
  4. After 2 to 3 minutes add all the dry masala then again stir it well
  5. Add very small quantity of water if required so that all the masala's mixed well
  6. Lastly add soaked poha
  7. Mix all ingredients nicely
  8. Finally the dish is ready
