Nutri burger is guilt free burger.the burger bun is healthy and the tikki is also healthy because of veggies and soybean and bajra and soybean flore..yet very tasty burger...

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 Boiled potatoes
  2. 2 boiled carrots
  3. 1 cup boiled peas
  4. 1 cup soybean soak and crush
  5. 3 tbsp bajra flour
  6. 3 tbsp soybean flour
  7. Salt
  8. 2 tbsp chilly powder
  9. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1 tsp garam masala
  11. Corridor choped
  12. Cornflakes for in rolling tikkis
  13. Olive oil for grill the tikki
  14. Veg mayonnaise 3-4 tsp
  15. 2 tsp tomato ketchup
  16. Tomato slices
  17. Onion slices
  18. Shredded cabbages
  19. Chat masala ( pinch)

Instructions

  1. Take boiled potatoes and mash it
  2. Add boiled carrots and mash it
  3. Add boiled peas.
  4. Add soak and crushed soybean
  5. Add salt, red chilly powder, turmeric powder garam masala and mix.
  6. Add bajra flour and soybean flour and mix with your hand and make tikki.
  7. Rolling tikkis in crushed cornflakes
  8. Grill the tikki with olive oil.
  9. Take burger bun and cut it in slice.
  10. Spread veg mayonnaise on bun slice.
  11. Apply tomato ketchup
  12. Add Nutritious tikki.
  13. Apply veg mayonnaise and spread on it
  14. Apply tomato ketchup
  15. Arrange tomato and onion slices
  16. Sprinkle chat Masala and arrange shredded cabbage
  17. Arrange other slice of burger bun.
  18. Serve.
  19. Incert umbrella toothpick
  20. Healthy Nutri burger
