ABOUT Pink gooseberry juice RECIPE

This is carrot, beet, tomato and goose berry juice, famous in north india. This is winter's special sreet drink. And also increase red blood cells in our body that's why it is very healthy option for weight loss.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. For one jar-
  2. 2 red Carrot big size
  3. 1/2 Beetroot of medium size
  4. 2 medium size Tomatoes
  5. 2 Gooseberry small (amla)
  6. 1 inch Ginger cube
  7. 1/4 cup Fresh coriander leaves
  8. 5-8 Fresh mint leaves
  9. One spoon Lemon juice
  10. 1/2 spoon Rock salt
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 1 1/2 glass Water

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and Chopped carrot, beetroot, ginger, and tomatoes.
  2. Put all ingredients in a grinding jar except water.
  3. Grind it first without water and make a thin paste.
  4. Add water in 2 or 3 steps.
  5. If you like strain juice than strain with strainer or not that is also better.
  6. Serve fresh in a drinking jar or in a glass.
