ABOUT Multigrain Tortila Chips RECIPE

These tortillas are baked and made with minimal oil from a blend of more whole wheat flour than maize flour instead of the traditional tortillas made with maize flour and refined flour which are also deep fried.

Ingredients Serving: 10

Whole wheat flour 1cup
maize flour 1/2cup
Olive oil 1Tbsp
Dil leaves finely chopped 1tbsp
Chillies finely chopped 1tsp
Salt 2 tsp

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients like maize flour, wheat flour, salt,chillies, olives oil and dill leaves properly.
Knead a smooth dough and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Now take 2 butter paper sheets and grease them with olive oil.
Roll thin chapatis on butter paper sheets
Cut these chapatis into triangular shapes.
Preheat the oven for 5minutes on 140 degrees C and then bake these chips for 15 minutes at 180 degrees C
Then use tongs to turn the chips over. Spray with a little olive oil, and bake for another 6 to 9 minutes, until they are just beginning to change color.
Now low calorie chips are ready for your untimely craving.
