Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup poha (thin beaten rice)
  2. 1/2 cup oats
  3. 1-2 Dry red chillies
  4. 10-12 curry leaves
  5. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  6. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tbsp Coriander Powder
  8. 1 tsp chaat masala
  9. 1/4 tsp Black salt(kala namak)
  10. 1 tsp black pepper powder(optional)
  11. plain aloo bhujia 1 tbsp (optional)
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the poha in a kadhai till they are crispy, roast oats till they slightly change color.
  2. in same kadhai heat oil in a kadhai add peanuts & roast then Next add the curry leaves and chillies.
  3. Fry them till the curry leaves and chillies are crispy.
  4. add turmeric powder & red Chilli powder & coriander powder fry quickly for a few seconds till you get a nice aroma of the spices.
  5. Now add poha, oats, salt, black salt,black pepper powder & chaat masala.Mix till the poha is well coated with the spices.
  6. Cool and add aloo bhujia(optional) store in an airtight container.
