It is a Spanish drink. it is a sweet dish and served chilled. A perfect party drink.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Uncooked rice 1/3 cup
  2. Almonds 1cup
  3. Cinnamon stick 1
  4. Water 5 cups
  5. Honey 8tbsp
  6. Vanilla ice cream 4 scoop

Instructions

  1. Soak rice and almonds for 24 hours separately.Keep them at room temperature. Do not keep in refrigerator.
  2. Skinned the almonds.
  3. Blend soaked rice and almonds along with water, honey, and cinnamon stick.
  4. Ensure that very fine consistency is obtained after blending.Take your time but it should be very fine consistency.
  5. Strain the blended mixture and discard the stuff that was left behind.
  6. Now add vanilla ice cream and blend it again.
  7. Put ice cubes in the glasses and serve over it.
