ABOUT Eggless Chocolate Snowy Dorayaki RECIPE

Dorayaki is a Japanese dish. I have made eggless whole wheat chocolate dorayaki. As it is Christmas time, I have sprinkled icing sugar for snowy effect.

Ingredients Serving: 5

1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp unsweetened chocolate powder
3/4 cup +2 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tsp honey
A pinch of salt
Around 1 and 1/4 cup milk
1/8 tsp Baking Soda
1/8 tsp Baking powder
oil for cooking

Instructions

First take a big bowl , add whole wheat flour, chocolate powder , 3/4 cup powdered sugar, salt , baking powder and baking soda. Mix all dry ingredients well.
Now add milk to the mix. Milk quantity is depends on consistency on batter . Now add honey to the mix.
Take a tissue paper, pour 1 drop oil on it . Take a nonstick pan, grease this pan with this tissue . Now pour 1 big spoon of batter on pan . Cook from both sides. Chocolate dorayaki is ready.
Take remaing powdered sugar , coat these dorayaki with powdered sugar. Eggless chocolate snowy dorayaki is ready.
