Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Apples 4(Granny smith are the best)
  2. Cinnamon 2 tbsp
  3. Brown sugar 6 tbsp
  4. 2 lemons for zest
  5. Lemon juice 1
  6. Delmonte Cranberries handful
  7. Walnuts 10 to 12
  8. Oats 1 cup
  9. Butter 50 grams (can use Pure Ghee also)

Instructions

  1. Grate 3 apples add brown sugar (3 tbsp) and 1 tbsp cinnamon and cook the apples till they are nice and saucy.
  2. Add 1 sliced apple and let it cook.
  3. Add lemon zest of 2 lemons and juice of 1 lemon. Add cranberries Add walnuts Let it simmer
  4. Meanwhile take oats add brown sugar, cinnamon and rub it gently. Can use muesli as well. Slowly add to the pan and now bake at 180 degrees C for 10 mins (or till Oats are golden brown)
