ABOUT Scottish Egg RECIPE

A Christmas special, believed to be originated in U.K. It is believed to be inspired by the Mughlai recipe Nargisi Kofta

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Minched chicken - 2 cups
  2. Bread crumbs - 1 1/2 cup
  3. Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  4. Pepper powder - 1tbsp
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
  6. Garam masala - 1tbsp
  7. Eggs - 3 (boiled and peeled)
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Take a large bowl
  2. ( refer picture for clear idea... Follow the number series) Bring in the minched chicken, bread crumbs, Chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, garam masala, and salt. Then mix well with hands to make a smooth dough.
  3. (refer picture for clear idea...follow the number series) Divide into 3 equal portions. Then flatten it and place an egg in it and cover without any gap.
  4. Deep fry and serve hot.
