ABOUT Blackberry Rose Vegan Popsicles RECIPE

This is an healthy alternative to the otherwise heavy dairy cream loaded popsicles but you can replace coconut cream with regular heavy cream or cream cheese and coconut milk with regular milk by all means.

Ingredients Serving: 10

Coconut Cream - 1 can approximately 160ml
Coconut milk - 1 cup
Fresh Blackberries- 300 grams
Agave Nectar- 3 tablespoons
Rose oil or extract - 3-4 drops

Instructions

Blend fresh Blackberries, agave nectar, milk and rose oil in a blender to form a smooth pulp
Add coconut cream to a mixing bowl and beat until light and fluffy.
Add the blackberry pulp to the coconut cream and fold in lightly.
pour the mixture into popsicle moulds and freeze for at least 6-8 hours, preferably overnight.
Remove the popsicles from freezer 5 to 10 minutes before serving and place the mould into warm water to easily remove popsicles.
Serve with fresh blackberries, rose petals and chocolate sauce (optional)
