Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Maida 1-1/2 cup
  2. Cornflour - 1 tbsp
  3. Baking powder - 1 tsp
  4. Salt a pinch
  5. Dry milk powder- 1-1/2 tbsp
  6. Powdered sugar - 1 cup or to taste
  7. oil - 1 cup
  8. Milk - 1 Cup
  9. Pineapple essence-1 tsp
  10. Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  11. Pineapple water from the can - 1/4 cup
  12. Canned pineapple - 2 rings drained and chopped
  13. Blue berries - 1/2 cup (optional)
  14. Kellogs nuts muesli - 1 tbsp
  15. Brown sugar - 1 tbsp
  16. Salt - 1 cup to spread at the bottom of the cooker

Instructions

  1. Preheat cooker. spread salt at the bottom of the cooker and then place stand on it. Remove rubber and whistle from the lid.
  2. Cover the cooker by placing lid on it. Do not lock the cooker just keep the lid over it. Heat cooker on medium heat for 10 minutes before baking.
  3. Grease and dust the cake tin. Keep aside.
  4. In a bowl mix maida, cornflour, baking powder, salt and milk powder.
  5. In another bowl put sugar and oil. Beat it with beater till smooth. Add milk and again beat it.
  6. Add maida mixture and mix well. Add pineapple water from the can and mix well till smooth.
  7. Now add pineapple essence and mix with spoon or spatula. Add lemon juice and mix softly. Now add blue berries and mix well.
  8. Now pour half batter in the greased pan. Spread a layer of pineapple pieces over it. Do not mix.
  9. Now pour leftover batter over pineapple pieces and again spread a layer of pineapples over the batter.
  10. Sprinkle muesli over the pineapple pieces then sprinkle brown sugar on top.
  11. Switch preheated cooker on low flame. Place cake pan inside the cooker and cover the cooker tightly with lid.
  12. Bake the cake on low flame for 60 minutes. After 60 minutes, open the lid and check with a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out clean, then it is done or else bake for another 5 minutes or till done
  13. Let the cooker cool down. Remove the pan from the cooker. Let it cool. Invert it on a plate.
  14. Slice and serve.
