Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Peanuts 1 cup
  2. Jaggery 1/4 cup
  3. Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  4. Dry fruit powder. 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. In pan roast peanuts.cook for 10 min in low flame.
  2. After remove the skin and add it into mixer
  3. Now add jaggery, cardamom powder,dry fruit powder.
  4. Grind it to 2 pulses for 3-4 min.it becames little sticky.
  5. Now roll it like balls.healthy peanut Ladoo is ready
