Edible white chocolate cups filled with pomegranate shrikhand and topped with fresh pomegranate seeds.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Hung curd - 1/2 cup
  2. Pomegranate sauce - 1 tbsp
  3. Vanilla extract - 1/4 th tsp
  4. Pomegranate seeds - 1/2 cup
  5. White chocolate - 1 cup
  6. Pomegranate seeds - 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. To make the shrikhand, whisk the hung curd and gradually add the pomegranate sauce while whisking. To make the pomegranate sauce, mash the pomegranate seeds and strain them to get the juice. Boil the juice with some sugar to form a sauce
  2. Add the vanilla extract and whisk again till fluffy. Chill it in the fridge for 1 hour.
  3. To make the white chocolate cup, melt the white chocolate using a microwave or double boiler.
  4. Pour little molten chocolate into silicone moulds and move the moulds in such a manner that the walls of the moulds get coated with the chocolate.
  5. Chill them in the fridge for 15-20 minutes till it sets.
  6. Now slowly de-mould the cups carefully.
  7. Pipe the shrikhand into the chocolate cups.
  8. Put the pomegranate seeds on top and decorate with a white chocolate shard.
