I always wondered how restaurant food or Street food tasted so good especially noodles/ fried rice. Inspired by a post from other group, egg in noodles, I was sure tempted to try. With the ingredients available dished out this yummy noodles. Added bit of shredded cabbage, lamb salami, mushroom

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Mi Goreng noodles 2 packets
  2. Shredded cabbage 1/2 cup
  3. Mushrooms 4
  4. Lamb salami 2 slices (optional)
  5. Egg 1
  6. Salt 1/4 tspn
  7. Soy sauce 1/2 tsp
  8. Sweet chilly garlic sauce 1 to 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat 600ml water, when boiling add noodles and cook for 3 minutes. Strain and set aside.
  2. In a non-stick pan heat 2 tspn of olive oil. Fry egg, salami and mushrooms individually and set aside.
  3. Add 2 more tsp of oil and fry shredded cabbage on high flame. When sides of cabbage turn light brown reduce flame, add mushrooms, egg and salami, salt, soy sauce and sweet chilly garlic sauce. Also, add the sauce and seasonings provided in noodles packet. Mix well. Add noodles. Stir fry on high flame for a minute or two.
  4. Transfer to bowl and serve hot.
