Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Wheat flour 2 cups
  2. Boiled potatoes 2 medium
  3. Grated carrot 1medium
  4. Shredded cabbage 1/2cup
  5. Grated ginger 1tsp
  6. Chopped onion 1 medium
  7. Chopped capsicum 1/2 medium
  8. Boiled and mashed peas 1/4 cup
  9. Chopped Green Chillies 2
  10. Chopped coriander 2tbsp
  11. Amchur powder 1tbsp
  12. Cumin powder 1tbsp
  13. Black pepper powder 1tsp
  14. Salt
  15. Water
  16. oil

Instructions

  1. Take flour in a bowl. Add all the ingredients except water and oil. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Now add required amount of water. Knead the dough.
  3. Make balls out of the dough. Roll them up to make small sized parathas
  4. Heat oil in pan. Put the rolled parathas untill golden brown from both the sides.
  5. Serve hot
