ABOUT VEGETABLE PARATHA SANDWHICH MACAROONS RECIPE

Mixed vegetables and paratha is a unique wholesome breakfast option of North India, which is so tasty. But in my plating crazy mind wanted to do something fun so landed up with Macaroons styled vegetables Paratha Sandwhich in my kids and family .

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. For the Paratha
  2. Whole wheat flour - 1 cup
  3. All purpose flour - 1 cup
  4. Milk - 4 tablespoons
  5. Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Ghee - 1 tablespoon
  8. For the Stuffing ........
  9. Cauliflower chopped - 1/2 cup
  10. French beans - 1/2 cup
  11. Carrots chopped - 1/2 cup
  12. Finely chopped spring onion - 1/2 cup
  13. Capsicum chopped - 1/2 cup
  14. Peas - 1/2 cup
  15. Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
  16. Finely chopped onion - 2 tablespoons
  17. Garlic chopped - 1 tablespoon
  18. Green Chilli Chopped - 1 teaspoon
  19. Garam masala powder -1 teaspoon
  20. Dried mango powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  21. Finely chopped coriander leaves - 2 tablespoons
  22. Salt to taste
  23. Oil - 2 tablespoons
  24. Grated cheese - 4 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. For the dough .......
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well and knead into a soft dough using enough water . Keep aside.
  3. For the Stuffing ........
  4. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds , when the seeds crackle, add chopped garlic, onion and chilli . Saute on a medium flame for 1 minutes .
  5. Add all chopped veggies and fry on a medium flame for 5 minutes , while stirring occasionally .
  6. Now add the all spices , salt and mix well, cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes , while stirring occasionally .
  7. Divide the dough and roll round roti a little thick out with a round cutter whatever size you want .
  8. Heat a tawa and cook the paratha with a little bit of oil .
  9. Assemble ........
  10. Take 1 tablespoon veggie mixture spread over a little thick evenly Sandwich with another press a little even it out .
  11. Roll the sides in grated cheese .
  12. Serve hot and enjoyyyyyyyy :relaxed::relaxed:
