Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maida 1 1/2 cup
  2. 1 tsp sugar
  3. 1 tsp Salt
  4. 1 tsp yeast
  5. 3/4 cup warm water
  6. 1 tbsp olive oil
  7. For toppings - Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
  8. 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  9. 2 tbsp ketchup
  10. 1 Tbsp pizza seasoning
  11. 1 tsp pepper
  12. Take a small bowl add all the ingredients mix well keep aside

Instructions

  1. Method Take a warm water in a glass add yeast and sugar mix well keep aside for 10 minutes in a warm place after 10 minutes take a bowl add maida salt and olive oil
  2. to this add yeast mixture mix well and make a soft dough and apply some oil and keep aside in a place for 1 to 2 hours
  3. Make 2 equal portion roll it to thick to 1 inch and prick the base pizza dough with fork and keep aside for 20 minutes
  4. Heat the pan cook the pizza base for 3 minutes on a low flame like wise do the same for one more dough
  5. In the same pan add your choice of vegetables here I used mushroom capsicum onion tomato Drizzle some olive oil and warm the veggies for 2 minutes
  6. Now topping take a home made pizza base apply pizza sauce mixture then add veggies grated or sliced cheese and fresh basil leaves which I have at home and drizzle olive oil and sprinkle some pepper and bake this for 5 minutes
  7. Serve hot enjoy home made base pizza. It is very soft and tasty.
