ABOUT Indian beans kebab RECIPE

Indian bean kebab is also called Black Eyed Beans Patties . It has lots of vegetables and herbs which balances the carbohydrates intake.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl boiled black eye beans (lobia )
  2. 1/2 bowl green peas
  3. 3/4 cup boiled mashed potato
  4. 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  5. 1/4 spoon garam masala
  6. 1/4 spoon red chilli powder
  7. Coriander leaves
  8. Green chilli (finely chopped)
  9. Oil to fry
  10. 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  11. Crushed vermicelli as required

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add all the ingredients except oil and mash it properly.
  2. Now give the shape of kebabs.
  3. Now take all purpose flour and add water to make a thin paste.
  4. Now dip kebab in flour mixture and roll it on vermicelli.
  5. Now deep fry the kebab.
