Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 very ripe banana
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Pinch of chilly powder
  4. For batter
  5. Besan 3 tbsp
  6. Ajwain 1tsp
  7. Salt in batter
  8. Turmeric 1tsp
  9. Red chilly powder 1 pinch
  10. Oil 1 tsp
  11. Cooking soda 1 pinch
  12. Water as required for batter
  13. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut banana into thick pieces.
  2. Add salt to taste.
  3. Red chilly powder
  4. Keep aside.
  5. Now make the batter.
  6. Take besan.
  7. Add salt, ajwain, chilly powder, turmeric powder and 1 tsp oil.
  8. Make a thick batter using water.
  9. Lastly add cooking soda.
  10. Dip the banana in the batter and fry till golden brown.
  11. Remove on a tissue paper.
  12. Serve with lunch.
