Wash and blanch mushrooms
Fine chop onion and tomatoes. Clean and wash coriander leaves.
Heat ghee in a pan add cumin and kalonji and let it crackle .add onion saute over medium heat until brown .
Now add ginger garlic paste ,red chilli powder ,turmeric and coriander powder saute for a minute.
Now add chopped tomatoes and fry until masala leave the oil .
Remove pan from heat add curd and salt and still for a minute. Put the pan back to gas .
Add water approx 100ml and bring to boil and simmer until the oil leave the gravy.
Now add mushroom and simmer for 5 minute
Add cashewnuts and coriander and stirr .adjust the seasoning.
Transfer to plate and serve hot .
