ABOUT Badam Rooh E Shireen RECIPE

This is an exquisite drink comprising of Almond sherbet and Roohafza, the most popular rose petal concentrate. I combined these two eternal favourites to create this magic potion.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Almond Sherbet Concentrate - Here I am giving the measurement for two servings
  2. Roohafza 4 tbsp
  3. Chilled water as required to fill the glass.
  4. Icecubes as desired.
  5. For the almond sherbet concentrate - 2 tbsp of soaked almond paste
  6. 1 tbsp of melon seeds and poppy seeds each
  7. Sugar syrup - 1/2 cup with 1/4 cup water.

Instructions

  1. Make a paste of almonds melon and poppy seeds. Heat the sugar until you get a one string consistency. Mix the paste in it and once it thickens, cool it and make this tempting badam rooh e shireen.
  2. Blend all and serve chilled.
  3. Use ice cubes liberally.
