Easy and healthy Laddu

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Scrapped coconut 150 gms
  2. mawa 2 tbsp ( for mawa you need milk powder 1/2 cup , milk 1/2 cup and 3 tsp ghee )
  3. Jaggery 50 gms crushed
  4. Water 30 ml
  5. Cardamom Powder 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Make mawa , mix 1/2 cup milk powder , 3 tsp ghee and 1/2 cup boiled milk
  2. Now heat in microwave for 3 mins full power, take out and stir every minute. and your home made mawa is ready
  3. Make jaggery syrup - boil water , mix jaggery , boil it until it becomes thick
  4. Strain it
  5. It is ready now
  6. Now heat a nonstick frying pan , add coconut and jaggery syrup
  7. Mix well
  8. Mix mawa
  9. Add cardamom powder
  10. After 5-6 minutes the mixture will become sticky and thick. Turn off the heat
  11. Grease your palms with some water or ghee start making laddus , let the mixture cooled down for 5 minutes if it is too hot to handle
  12. Keep in an airtight container
  13. Your tasty laddus are ready to devour
