We make uttapam in many ways. In this, I added bread . This is a very easy recipe. You can eat it plain or with coconut chutney.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 4 Bread slices
  2. Rawa or suji 1/2 cup
  3. Self raising flour 2tbsp
  4. Curd 1/2 cup
  5. Salt
  6. onion 1 big
  7. Tomato 1 big
  8. Capsicum 1/2
  9. Coriander leaves 1/2 cup chopped.
  10. Water 1/2 cup
  11. Baking soda -2 pinches (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender put bread,maida,rawa,curd & salt. Blend
  2. Then add chopped onion,capsicum,leaves,tomato and also 1/ 2 cup water. The batter will be a bit thick. .
  3. Heat a pan, make uttapam. In a pan,you can make four at a time. Sprinkle ghee or oil on top. Cook till golden brown.
  4. Serve hot Uttapam with coconut chutney or onion chutney
