A complete meal with Roasted Oats with Rice flour, Bajra flour, Ragi flour , gram flour and veggies too.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Roasted Oats 1 cup.
  2. All flour mix 2 cups. ( Rice, Ragi ,Bajra, Gram).
  3. Curd 2 cups
  4. Chopped vegetables 2 cups ( Seasonal). I added Cabbage, Methi leaves, bottle gourd, Pumpkin )
  5. Ginger grated 2 tsp
  6. Garlic crushed 2 tsp
  7. Coriander leaves 1 tbsp ( chopped).
  8. Salt, turmeric, chilli powder to taste.
  9. Eno 2 pouches.

Instructions

  1. Coarse grind Oats. Mix all flour , Veges to it.
  2. Make batter adding curd to it. Add all masala and ginger, garlic.
  3. Heat water in a steamer , grease a plate.
  4. Add Enough and Steamed Dhokala in Plates.
  5. Serve with garnish of coriander leaves . You can add tempering of mustard seeds, chopped Garlic, sesame seeds to it.
  6. Carry in tiffin with raita of your choice.
