Roast all the grains and powder them.
Grind all the dry fruits
In a bowl mix all ingredients and knead a soft dough using warm water.
Make thick circle of dough/roti with roller pin. If not make to easy than used hands to spread.
Transfer the roti to a hot tawa. Cook from both the sides. Sprinkle Olive oil on both the sides and cook for 5 minutes.
Serve crisp hot thepla
