Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Any kind of boiled pasta - 1 cup
  2. mixed vegetables of choice- 1 cup
  3. green or black olives- 5-6
  4. Onion - 1 no
  5. garlic - 5-6 cloves crushed
  6. olive oil or any neutral oil
  7. Tomato puree -1/2 cup
  8. tomato sauce- 2 tbsp
  9. black pepper- 1 tsp
  10. salt to taste
  11. oregano and red chilli flakes- 1/2 tsp each
  12. fresh cream - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a non-stick pan add oil, add onions, mushrooms, capsicum, bell peppers, zucchini, saute for a while, now add boiled pasta and turn off the heat.
  2. Sauce- take some oil in a pan. add garlic saute for a while, put onions saute for 1minute, add all vegetables of your choice and saute until lightly cooked. Add dry spices and saute and Now pour this sauce in the pasta pan. Toss.
  3. Add tomato sauce. Garnish with fresh herbs
  4. Serve hot
