ABOUT Red Sauce Pasta RECIPE

It's an Italian dish with a sauce of tomato , sauted veggie and boiled pasta

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Pasta 1 Cup
  2. Oil 2 table spoon
  3. Salt to Taste
  4. Medium Sized Tomato 3-4
  5. Sezwan Sauce / Chuney 1 Tablespon
  6. Tomato Ketchup 1 Tablespoon
  7. Cheese as per your taste
  8. Chilli Flakes 1 Tablespoon
  9. Oragano 1 Tablespoon
  10. Black pepper Powder
  11. Vegetables Of your Choice 1/2 cup (Baby corn , capsicun, brocoli ,onion etc)
  12. Butter 1 Tbsp

Instructions

  1. 1.How to boil pasta -put a pan n hit up some water according to quantity of your pasta.bring a boil, at this stage add a spoon of salt and a spoon of oil.cook it properly.check occasionally.
  2. After a boil strain it and put them under running cool water(tap water). Cool down completely.
  3. 2. the red sauce In a mixture jar add roughly chopped 4-5 tomato, 1 spoon sezwan sauce,1 spoon tomato sauce,salt,black pepper powder, chilli flakes,oragano. And grind all these ingredients in a smooth paste.
  4. (**you can also boil the tomatoes,remove its skin then make sauce out of it** both taste delicious ) - just skip this step when you are in hurry.
  5. 3.Pasta making -in a nonstick pan add a teaspoon of butter,then add any vegetables of your choice (capsicum, baby corn , broccoli,onion,sweet corn etc).Add little bit of salt and pepper powder and saute it for 2-3 min on medium high flame
  6. (just remember we add salt n pepper in sauce so keep it less) Now add the paste and saute it until the oils become separate.
  7. Now add boiled pasta. Grate cheese if u want.
