As moms, we are continually in search of quick recipes for our kids' tiffin. We are not ready to compromise on health either. So here's presenting healthy banana french toast with honey, that need no prior preparations. Not to mention, they taste delicious and are nutritive too.

Ingredients Serving: 1

Bread 4 slices
Honey 2 tbsp
Banana (sliced) 2
Egg (beaten) 2
Milk 2 tbsp
Ghee 2 Tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp

Instructions

Spread honey over one side of the bread slices.
Place the sliced banana pieces over 2 slices of bread.
Cover them with the other bread slices and press firmly.
Now heat ghee in a pan.
. In a separate bowl, mix the beaten eggs and milk.
Now dip the bread sandwiches into this egg milk mixture so that they are coated completely.
Now fry them in the ghee until golden brown, on both sides.
