Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Whole wheat flour 1cup
  2. Jaggery -250gms
  3. Flax seeds- 2-3 teaspoons
  4. Dry fruits
  5. Ghee -1/2cup

Instructions

  1. Firstly dry roast the wheat flour for2-3 minutes.
  2. Add ghee into the flour and roast it for 5-6 minutes. Keep stirring otherwise it will burn.
  3. Powdered the flax seeds and mix into the mixture and add cardamom powder.
  4. Melt the jaggery in a little water. After the flour mixture cools down, mix the jaggery liquid into it and add dry fruit as per your choice.
  5. Bind the ladoos and enjoy. These ladoos are very healthy for winters.
