ABOUT Korean Sweet Sour Chicken RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 chicken breast
  2. salt to taste
  3. 1 egg
  4. 1/2 cup corn flour
  5. 1 teaspoon pepper powder
  6. 2 tablespoon oil
  7. 1 tablespoon chilli flakes
  8. 4-5 cloves garlic
  9. For Sauce:
  10. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  11. 2 tablespoon vinegar
  12. 1 teaspoon corn flour
  13. 1 tablespoon honey
  14. vegetables
  15. 1/2 red bell pepper thinly sliced
  16. 1/2 green pepper thinly sliced
  17. 2 sprigs spring onion
  18. oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Take chicken and cut into thin strips.
  2. Next add pepper, salt and soy sauce to it. Keep aside.
  3. Prepare sauce by adding soy sauce, vinegar, 1 teaspoon corn flour and honey. Keep it aside for later use.
  4. Now take 2 tablespoon oil in a pan, add garlic. After it gets brown add chilli flakes to it.
  5. Take out garlic from the oil n strain the oil. Keep aside.
  6. Take the marinated chicken and add egg white, corn flour and mix well.
  7. Heat about 1 cup oil and fry the chicken until golden brown.
  8. .Heat infused oil in a pan, add the vegetables and garlic. Saute for atleast 5 minutes.
  9. Now fry the chicken one more time in order to get it crispier.
  10. In a pan of vegetables add fried chicken and later the sauce.
  11. Saute it for 2-3 minutes and the delicious korean chicken is ready to be served.
