ABOUT Masala Green Rice RECIPE

An easy to cook dish that is spicy and delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 cups boiled rice
  2. 1/2 cup tomato
  3. 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  4. 1/2 cup peanuts
  5. 1 tbsp onion
  6. 2 tbsp green coriander chutney
  7. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  8. 2 tbsp sugar
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. Red Chilli powder as per taste
  11. 2 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Take a pan and add some oil in it. Heat it for 2 minutes.
  2. Then add in all the spices, sugar, salt and red chilli powder. Next add in the boiled rice, tomato, coriander leaves, onion and peanuts. Cook it for 10 minutes.
  3. Then put it in a big bowl, pour in the lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves on top.
