Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl chopped cabbage
  2. 1 medium sized potato
  3. 1 tomato
  4. 2-3 Garlic Cloves
  5. 1 small sized onion, finely chopped
  6. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  7. 2-3 green chillies
  8. 1 tsp Coriander powder
  9. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  10. A pinch of gun powder (garam masala)
  11. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Pour oil in a deep bottomed pan, then add in the cumin seeds. Let them crackle, then add the finely chopped garlic and saute till it turns golden brown in colour.
  2. Then add the finely chopped green chillies. Now add the chopped cabbage, potato in it and saute. Leave it for a minute.
  3. Add in salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder in it. Cover the lid and let it cook. Now add the finely chopped tomato to it.
  4. Add 1/2 tsp of coriander powder, mix it well and spread the garam masala and coriander leaves.
  5. Serve it with chapati or parathas.
