ABOUT Elaichi Almond Milk RECIPE

A soothing and comforting Elaichi Almond Mlik that is ideal for breakfast. You will love to drink it at night during winters. You may even substitute your evening tea with this elaichi almond milk which is a healthier option.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cups Milk
  2. 6 almonds
  3. 2 green cardamoms
  4. 1 teaspoon sugar
  5. 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

Instructions

  1. Keep milk to boil. Once boiled, keep it aside.
  2. In a dry grinder, take the almonds, cardamom seeds and sugar. Grind to form a fine powder.
  3. Take 2 cups and add the almond mixture equally, then pour the boiled milk on top and mix it well.
  4. Add a pinch of ground pepper and serve them immediately.
