A very healthy and homemade recipe of frooti.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Raw Mangoes 2
  2. Ripe Mango 1
  3. Sugar 1 cup or to taste
  4. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook the raw and ripe mangoes along with a little water. Cook it till 2 whistles blow. Then let it cool.
  2. Once cooled make a puree of it and strain. Then refrigerate the puree.
  3. Once guests arrive, take the puree, add in the powdered sugar to taste.
  4. Add in ice cubes, then adjust the water consistency accordingly and serve it chilled.
