ABOUT Healthy Vegetable Soup RECIPE

A yummy and healthy soup made by using left over water of cottage cheese (paneer).

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Left over water after making cottage cheese (paneer) from milk 2 cups
  2. Finely chopped mixed vegetables (cabbage, carrot, capsicum, beans) 1/2 cup
  3. Sweet Corn 1/4 cup
  4. Sugar 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Black pepper as per taste
  7. Lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Corn flour 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Take the cottage cheese water in a glass bowl. Then add the chopped vegetables and sweet corn in it.
  2. Add salt, black pepper, sugar and corn flour in it and mix it well.
  3. Microwave it for 1 minute. Then check it once again and microwave it for 30 seconds.
  4. Squeeze lemon juice on top. Healthy and tasty soup is ready to be served.
